According to Warner Bros., the DC Comics-based animated series, "Teen Titans Go!" cleaned up as the #1 kids program of April 23 on basic cable among boys aged 2-11, 6-11, 9-14, as well as with teenaged boys.

It was also the #1 show in its time-slot, creaming the competition by double- and triple-digits netting a 5.0 rating with over 2 million viewers.

Something about DC's properties really connects with the animation fanbase. The various Warner Bros' animated series based on Batman, Superman, the Justice League, and others have consistently been some of the best- crafted, most entertaining, most popular comic book adaptations of all time, and it looks like "Teen Titans Go!" is falling suit.

According to Cartoon Network, "Teen Titans Go!" is:

The character-driven comedy series focuses on the funny that happens in between saving the world and living together as teenagers without adult supervision. The comedic mayhem of the animated series is punctuated by pranks and the occasional need to fight crime, but it will also deal with the everyday issues of adolescence. With epic staring contests to decide who does the laundry, a series of quests and battles to construct the perfect sandwich or fighting crime in Jump City, one thing is for sure, these Titans will always be ready for an adventure inside the house and out.

"Teen Titans Go!" airs Saturdays at 10:30 A.M. as part of the DC Nation block.
